At this point I felt the designs were not really looking finished or at a high enough quality to use as part of a pattern for the wallpaper designs. I attempted the additions of shapes and further patterns developed from the treads but neither of these worked or helps strengthen the theme. Taking this into consideration I went back to the cycle route I mapped out the original tread on and slightly altered it to fit the point of the paisley shape, to encourage the design to fit the theme, as well as doing this I also altered the size of the shape to fit the design better and give a more professional look to the shape. I am really happy with the improvement and development of this shape and feel it fits well with the theme, my next step will be to start using this as a pattern and see how and if the pattern will be to intricate to be used as a wallpaper design.
