As this design worked much better with flat colours and not a background texture, I have decided to only experiment using flat colours. I have reverted back to some 'typical anna' colours in the hope of saving the design but, it just doesn't so it justice the colours are too simple for the design, I prefer working with paler colours in this case it doesn't seem to work, so I am going to attempt one more colour way using brighter colours but still sticking to the lighter end of the shades.
