French Fold

I found a technique call 'French fold' whilst researching different binding techniques this is basically a folded sheet of paper for the page, rather than a single sheet creating a pocket for the page. This would be perfect for the style I am looking for with my swatch book, the pockets could form a place for the swatches to be contained. I have posted an image below of an example of the the fold works.
