After looking at the different quotes I found, there were 2 things I needed to consider before picking which ones I would use, first it couldn't be too long as a post card isn't massive so the type needed to me legible at the shrunk size and secondly I wanted to pick quotes which I felt were most commonly known. The 5 I pick I have illustrated in the same type style of the books so they all follow the same style throughout product to product. I am also going to use similar colour schemes which I am going to apply next. It would be nice if I could add some sort of element of illustration from the covers to the postcards to link them further.
