Rather than just looking at trees I decided it would be interesting to look at leaves, especially if i am going to be looking at different themes the mugs could take, such as seasons but also to look at a different aspect of the woodland and look at the other things associated with woodland. This could be a more interesting concept to look at and moves away from the obvious. I really enjoyed the leaf rubbing and prints and the textures and marks left behind are really beautiful. I'm going to take some leaves into the print room and see what happens next!
