Rather than looking at the obvious of patterns I wanted to find how patterns are used in context and for other than the obvious of wallpaper or carpets. I found these packaging designs by Mallard Tea a specialist british tea company and the designs are inspired by traditional british patterns. I really love the approach taken towards the branding of the tea specialists. It very simple and remains beautiful, its not something I would have ever imagined creating a pattern for which is what I find really interesting.
